For adults who have built a busy life but want to step out of autopilot, enjoy something new and reconnect with what matters to them. Come with curiosity.
What we hope you take home: moments of presence and enjoyment, a stronger connection with your body and your needs, new friendships, and simple practices you can use at home. There's also space to reflect on one meaningful next step in your life. Everyone's week will be different.
Arrivals, check-in and time to unpack, rest and explore the venue. In the evening, a 75-minute welcome gathering: meet the hosts and the group, hear how the week will flow, and ease into gentle movement. Set your intentions privately or share them if you wish. Then an optional dinner together.
Morning yoga and gentle breathing with Ivana (60 min), then breakfast. Midday is free for lunch and the beach. Late afternoon, dance and body awareness with Gabriel (90 min): playful solo movement, rhythm and expression, with live drums from Domagoj. In the evening, a resting sound session with Domagoj (60 min).
Gentle movement (45 min) before breakfast, then a trip to an open-air cenote near Puerto Morelos to swim, relax and spend time together in nature. Swimming is optional, with time to relax on land. The evening is yours, with an optional dinner together.
A quieter yoga practice with Ivana (60 min), breakfast and a free midday. In the afternoon, optional deeper breathwork (up to 2 hours, including preparation and quiet rest). You can choose a gentle alternative or rest instead. A quiet evening, with no further workshop.
Morning yoga and gentle breathing (60 min). In the afternoon, an optional introduction to the Dragon Code 22 academy with Ivana (60 min, with questions). Later, partner dance with Gabriel (75 min): beginner-friendly, no partner needed, and partner changes, roles and contact are always your choice. Social dancing afterwards for anyone who wants it.
Guided reef snorkelling near Puerto Morelos, with a land-based alternative, then free time. In the evening, a closing reflection (45 min): choose one small practice or next step to take home, then a relaxed music and dance celebration.
A last gentle movement session (30 min), breakfast and goodbyes before check-out.
About 3–4 hours a day. Full days at the venue have around three to four hours of guided sessions. Excursion days are lighter. Breakfast, outings, free time and social activities happen outside those hours.
Join in as much as you like. Rest, skip a session or step out whenever you need. You never have to share anything personal. Ask before touching or partnering with anyone, keep other guests' stories private, and take photos only with consent.
A flexible week. The order and timing of sessions can change with the weather, the group and the venue. Exact times follow once the venue, transfers and excursions are confirmed.

This is a planning price, not a booking offer yet. The venue, room types, excursion operators, and payment and cancellation terms are still being finalised.
Bookings open once the venue and terms are confirmed. Write to us and you'll be the first to get the final program, price and booking details.
Bring with youComfortable clothes for moving, swimwear, a reusable water bottle, a light layer for resting sessions, walking shoes and water shoes, a hat, a notebook and your usual essentials. Yoga mats are provided. Follow each excursion operator's advice on sun protection and what can go in the water.
Never practise fast breathing or breath holds in or near water: the pool, the sea, a cenote or while snorkelling. It can make you faint without warning. Swim after the sessions, not during them.
Before the trip, we'll ask about dietary needs, access needs, how comfortable you are swimming, and any health considerations that affect what you can join. Ivana reviews breathwork suitability and any adaptations before the deeper session. Water outings follow the local operator's briefing and equipment rules, and depend on conditions.
Some breathing techniques are intense. If you are pregnant, or have epilepsy, a heart condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a history of psychosis or bipolar disorder, you'll practise only the gentle breathing. Talk to your doctor first if you have glaucoma, a recent operation, asthma, panic attacks or another serious health condition.
This is a non-medical wellness week. It isn't therapy or medical treatment and doesn't promise healing or any particular outcome. Continue your usual care: no session requires stopping medication or treatment.
